Краткое описание добавленных фич: Реализован отдельный сервис генерации данных, который создает контракты аренды и отправляет их батчами через NATS с ретраями. В API добавлен фоновый потребитель, который получает эти сообщения и сохраняет контракты в БД. Запуск Aspire AppHost.
